A GENTLE, COLLABORATIVE WAY OF LISTENING TO YOUR BODY
Kinesiology in Eindhoven
Kinesiology is a gentle, collaborative way of listening to your body to understand what it’s holding and what it needs.
Through muscle monitoring, we explore the physical, emotional and energetic stress your system may be carrying, and support the natural flow of energy so your body has more capacity to find balance again.
Instead of assuming what’s going on, we ask the body directly.
Your system shows us where it feels stretched, overloaded, or unable to access its own resources fully. Kinesiology simply creates the conditions for your body’s inherent wisdom to come forward.
This approach draws from Chinese meridian theory, subtle energy systems, physiology and the nervous system—not to diagnose or “fix,” but to understand how stress and experience may be influencing your well-being.
At its heart, kinesiology helps reduce the load your system is under so you have more space for ease, clarity and connection in your everyday life.
As stress builds, it can show up in many different ways.
Anxiety
Sleep issues or insomnia
Digestive or hormonal shifts
Acute or chronic pain
Skin issues (including eczema)
Burnout or emotional exhaustion
Ongoing stress in daily life
Kinesiology can support you with experiences like:
Dealing with transition
Looping thoughts or overthinking
Focus or concentration challenges
Feeling purposeless or wanting deeper direction
Feeling low in resilience (physically or emotionally)
Stress or tension impacting relationships
Wanting to feel clearer or more aligned energetically

Using muscle response testing, I work with your body’s natural responses to identify stressors and imbalances that may be impacting your well-being. Sessions may include techniques such as talk therapy, support, gentle acupressure, sound healing, light therapy and affirmation work.
My role is to support your system so it has more capacity to rebalance, recalibrate and find ease again—physically, emotionally and energetically.
The exact address will be shared after booking, along with your intake and consent forms.
What to Expect
You’ll stay fully clothed and lie comfortably on the treatment table. We begin with a short conversation, then move into muscle response testing, a gentle form of applying light pressure to specific muscles (usually the arms or legs) to see how your body responds. This helps us understand what your system is holding and what it needs.
Depending on what comes up, techniques may include acupressure, talk therapy, sound healing, light therapy or gentle emotional stress release always guided by your system, never forced.
Everyone experiences kinesiology differently. Some people notice immediate shifts in awareness or ease, while for others the changes feel more subtle or unfold over the next few days. Many people do leave with a clearer sense of their body and what it’s been holding, but there’s no right or wrong way to respond. Your system integrates the work in its own timing.
Who This Work Can Support
Kinesiology may be a supportive fit if you’re:
someone who feels things deeply (or wants to learn how to)
curious about your inner world and how your body communicates
moving through personal transition, growth, or emotional change
wanting a gentler, non-clinical approach to well-being
interested in body-based work but not drawn to talk-heavy therapy
feeling burnt out by doing it all on your own
looking for support that meets you exactly where you are
open to exploring what’s beneath the surface — physically or emotionally
And importantly: You don’t need to identify as a “deeply feeling human.” Kinesiology meets you exactly as you are, whether you feel a lot, a little, or nothing at all.

Kinesiology uses gentle muscle response testing to understand where your system is carrying stress— physically, emotionally or energetically. It helps identify patterns beneath what you’re experiencing, and sessions may include acupressure, talk therapy, sound work, light therapy, affirmation work or simple emotional stress release techniques.

During the session you’ll lie comfortably on the table while we use gentle muscle response testing to understand what your body is holding and what it needs.
Sessions take place in English. I speak A2 Dutch and understand more than I speak, so you’re welcome to express yourself in Dutch if that feels easier. I’ll always meet you where you are.
Everyone responds differently. Some people notice immediate shifts, others feel changes unfold in the days after. There’s no right or wrong way to respond. -
No. You don’t need any prior knowledge. We simply work with your body’s natural responses, and the process unfolds at the pace that’s right for you. You’ll get a natural sense of how it works just by experiencing it, and I’m always happy to answer any questions you have during the session.
-
We begin with a short conversation, and then the session becomes more body-led. As we work, certain themes or stresses may show up through muscle response testing. I may ask you about them, and you’re always welcome to share…or not. Talking is optional and only happens if it feels supportive for you.
-
Kinesiology doesn’t diagnose or treat medical conditions, but many people find it supportive for physical symptoms that may be influenced by stress—such as tension, pain, sleep issues or digestive discomfort. By reducing stress patterns and helping the system find more ease, your body often has more space and capacity to do what it naturally knows how to do.
-
Not at this time. Kinesiology sessions are currently not reimbursable by Dutch health insurance. If this changes in the future, I’ll update the information on my website.
FAQs
-
Yes, for returning clients only. After an in-person session, we can work online via Zoom, or I can offer remote balancing with notes afterward.
-
It depends on what you’re working with and how your system responds. Some people feel supported after a single session, while others benefit from more regular work, especially when navigating something acute, chronic or emotionally heavy.
For deeper or longer-standing patterns, weekly or bi-weekly sessions for a short period can help create momentum and stability. Many people then shift to monthly sessions for ongoing support or maintenance.
You’re always welcome to come as needed, whether that’s once, regularly for a period, or monthly.
-
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. You’ll stay fully clothed during the session, so anything that allows you to lie comfortably on the table is perfect.
-
Yes. I work with children ages 5 and up in person. Sessions are gentle, shorter, and adapted to their pace. A parent or guardian must be present for all sessions with minors.
For babies or children too young to participate directly, I’m able to work through a parent or guardian as a surrogate—a safe and common approach in kinesiology.
-
Yes. After booking, you’ll receive an intake form and consent form (for adults or children). These help me understand what you’re experiencing. For children, a parent or guardian must complete and sign the forms.

Everything shared in your session and intake is confidential. I do not share your information with anyone unless required by law or with your explicit written consent.
A Little About Me
I’m a neuroenergetic kinesiologist, creative and former ballroom dancer, which basically means I’ve spent most of my life learning to read energy, emotion and rhythm in one form or another. Before kinesiology, I lived many lives: Getting a Master’s in Food Studies & Nutrition, 15 years in digital communication, 12 years running my own business, supporting wellness brands from New York to Hong Kong, and eight years teaching and competing in ballroom dancing (yes, the hair, the rhinestones, all of it). I’m also trained in Inner Child Journeys (Robin Grille’s approach), which I bring in when your system calls for it.
All of these lives come with me into the room. I work with intuition, groundedness, curiosity and playfulness (because being human is weird enough without pretending it’s all neat and tidy). If something in my background feels supportive or relevant to what you’re working through, we can bring it in.
